Brick Batch

BrickBatch is a warehouse management app for Lego parts. The UX project focused on evaluating an already developed product through user research involving different user profiles. Structured user interviews were conducted, combining task execution with targeted questions to observe behaviors and collect qualitative feedback. Insights gathered from user interactions were analyzed to identify usability issues and improvement opportunities. These findings informed the redesign of key flows, first through wireframes and later through high-fidelity previews and an interactive prototype in Figma.
